Right now, that, and the just mentioned UI comparison, are the only things inDesign has better than Publisher. InDesign has books, which is a big help when dealing with large projects. You can set up various panels of studios and double-click them to expand / minimize but it's not as good. The context sensitive bar is not as good nor customizable as in Adobe products. Adobe things can pop out of the side and scoot back when I don't need it. I find the interface of Affinity ON LAPTOP screens is not as good as Adobes. At first you sit there and think "Wow Affinity is not up to par", but about 90% is about the muscle memory working against you.
